Infiernillo

High lands is one of the main features of Bolivia, the Andes is a mountain chain that cross South America from Venezuela and Colombia until Argentina. Area of the Quechua and Aymara culture; where Incas were an important civilization about 700 years ago. “Infiernillo” (little hell) is one area with amazing landscapes of high Andean regions, holding one of the unique forests that seems to be extracted from fairy tales with elves.
With small lakes at 4000 meters above sea level and the mountains surrounding the area it is an experience that one will never forget.

Walking a little bit higher until the 4500 meters one is able to be in the tip of the mountains walking among the andean condores and also able to see in one side the interandean dry valleys and in the other side one can see the mountain cloud forest and in clear days even the Amazonian forest down in the landscape.

In this experience one is able to see how people live in their houses, agricultural activities and experience from a close distance the day by day of the Andean culture.
